Job Position -2 Parts Sales Executive — Two & Three Wheeler Vehicles – Sarga
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma in Business Management or Sales or in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field.
Experience :2 – 4 years of experience in a parts sales or in aftersales within the automotive or two/three-wheeler sector.
Working knowledge of EV and IC vehicle components and genuine spare parts identification.
Proficiency in computer is required with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with dealers, technicians, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Job Position -3 Service Executive — Service & Parts – Sarga
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or a related technical or business discipline.
3 – 5 years of experience in a service technical, aftersales, or workshop management role within the automotive or two/three-wheeler industry.
Good technical understanding of both EV and IC vehicle systems to communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
Familiarity with warranty processes, job card management, and service KPIs.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Amharic is essential; working knowledge of English required for reporting to management and handling OEM documentation.
Working knowledge on computer system is desirable.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :5–7 years of accounting and administrative experience, preferably in a trading, automotive, or import/distribution company in Ethiopia.
Sound knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, VAT regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally, Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good written and spoken English and Amharic; ability to liaise effectively with expat management and local stakeholders.
