Job Position -Junior Architect
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Proficient in furniture designing with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
Knowledge of furniture assembly techniques to ensure effective implementation.
Ability to create and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Understanding of space planning principles for office and showroom environments.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Attention to detail in all aspects of design and project execution.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.
Desired Skills:
Experience in project management or coordination within an architectural context.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Experience in client interaction and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and layout of furniture for small office and showroom spaces.
Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural plans and specifications.
Participate in site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings and models using design software.
Support the assembly and installation of furniture and fixtures as needed.
Conduct research on materials and construction techniques relevant to projects.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for client meetings.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance architectural skills and knowledge.
