Job Position -Junior Disbursement Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Proficient in MS Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
Skilled in using iWork for document preparation and presentations.
Demonstrates high ethical standards in all financial dealings.
Maintains integrity and confidentiality of financial information.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail in processing financial transactions.
Communicates clearly and professionally with team members.
Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices.
Adept at learning new software and financial systems quickly.
Collaborates effectively within a team environment.
Desired Skills:
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance practices.
Basic knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Experience with data entry and management.
Interest in pursuing a career in finance or accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing disbursement requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
Coordinate with various departments to verify and validate disbursement information.
Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
Monitor and track disbursement transactions to identify discrepancies.
Respond to inquiries regarding disbursement processes and policies.
Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Contribute to team meetings and provide insights on process improvements.
Support other accounting and finance activities as assigned.
