Job Position -1 IT Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:
MSc or BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
MSc holders: 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
OR
BSc holders: Strong supervisory experience with 4–6 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Strong hands-on experience with healthcare systems (HMIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS/PACS)
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and disaster recovery planning
Experience in IT governance, vendor management, and budgeting
Healthcare or hospital/medical plaza experience is a strong advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare environment

Job Position –2 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA / MBA / BA in: Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Healthcare related field or other closely related fields
Work Experience:10 to 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in: Healthcare marketing, Hospital business development, Corporate marketing and sales, Institutional partnership management, Customer relationship management or Strategic business leadership
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
Hospital, healthcare, medical center, medical plaza settings or related industry
Strategic growth planning and market expansion
Corporate client acquisition and account management
Referral partnership development
Leadership of multidisciplinary marketing or business development teams
