Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid professional nursing license (as per national regulations)
Experience0–2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Specialty in Emergency, Critical Care, NICU, Pediatrics, Surgical, ICU, OR or comprehensive nursing
Solid understanding of basic nursing procedures and patient care principles
Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc or MSc in Nursing (specialization in Pediatrics, Neonatal Care, or Midwifery is highly preferred)
Valid professional nursing license
Additional certifications or training in NICU, Pediatric Nursing, or Midwifery practice is strongly preferred
ExperienceMinimum 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong experience in Pediatrics, NICU, and/or GYN/Midwifery settings
Solid knowledge of patient care standards, infection prevention, and clinical protocols
Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
High level of professionalism, empathy, and commitment to patient care
