Job Position– Junior General Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in accounting from recognized university or college
Skills on Microsoft office preferable detailed knowledge on Peachtree accounting
Work Experience from 2-3 years in Import and Export business or other related company
Sex – Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply
Job Description
Preparation of Source document
Updating financial records Via accounting software – Peachtree
Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
Make daily Sales reconciliation for collection against bank advice
Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and Supporting documentation
Maintaining Account payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
Declaration of Monthly different tax to Ministry of Revenue
Preparation of monthly tax payment and Make sure such payment done according to payee day
Control and reconcile stock balance with posting VS actual in warehouse
Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager or supervisor
