Job Position– Finance Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Art (BA) in account and Finance field with 0 experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Scope of work: The Finance Intern will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager, with the following scope of activities:
Assist with the primary review of financial documents
Bank payment processing
Putting “paid” stamps on final financial documents
Support on financial document archives
Support with audit preparation
Support day to day accounting and finance tasks
Support day to day admin and grant management tasks
Support with various project admin tasks such as printing/copying/scanning of documents, training coordination, collecting proforma/invoices
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or designated manager.
