Job Position– Senior Sales Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Sales Accounting
Reconcile monthly cash/sales transactions
Monitor accounts receivable & follow up payments
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports
Review VAT (Z report)
Check cashier compliance with government rules
Reconcile daily inventory between Bluelime & Peachtree
Monitor daily pricing under cost & report
Match physical inventory with system records
Post & reconcile SIV entries
Lead stock counts & audits
Resolve discrepancies with warehouse/pharmacy teams
Monitor stock levels (low/overstock alerts)
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, procurement teams
Maintain documentation of inventory & sales transactions
Support internal/external audits
Handle additional tasks from supervisor
Key Deliverables
Daily: Post sales, follow up receivables, track inventory
Weekly: Reconcile suppliers/customers, inventory, SIV posting
Monthly: VAT/tax filings, sales & inventory reports, management reporting
Quarterly: Consolidated sales reporting, stock counts, audit prep
Annually: Audit support, compliance reporting, year-end reconciliation
Requirement Skill
Communication
Knowledge of accounting principles
Location: – around Lebu in front of Varnero real Estate, Sabeh Spring Building.
