Job Position-Midwifery (Junior & Senior)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Midwifery from a recognized institution
Valid professional Midwifery license
Experience :0–3 years of relevant clinical experience for Junior Midwifery applicants
More than 3 years of relevant clinical experience for Senior Midwifery applicants
Basic to advanced knowledge of antenatal, labor, delivery, postnatal, and newborn care services based on experience level
Understanding of infection prevention and control (IPC) standards and patient safety practices
Ability to manage maternal and neonatal care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong clinical decision-making, patient management, and problem-solving skills
Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Professionalism, integrity, empathy, and patient-centered care commitment
Senior applicants should demonstrate leadership, mentorship, and staff support capabilities
