Job Position– Junior Commercial Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Basic knowledge of SAP systems and commercial operations is an advantage.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Track NBE Delinquent Files – Monitor monthly NBE delinquent files and ensure timely release by NBE.
Bank Operations Support – Assist in following up on bank US dollar approvals, settlements, collections, and export transfer operations.
SAP Order Management – Support local SAP order placement for business departments and coordinate export SAP order placement.
Import & Export Documentation – Assist the Ministry of Commerce office in completing import/export orders and contracts, and manage the collection, organization, and filing of relevant materials.
Requirement Skill
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, litigation, and regulatory compliance
Fluent in Amharic and English, with excellent communication skills.
Good communication and teamwork
Good communication and interpersonal skills
