Job Position– Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting.
Experience working with donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software Quick book and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Required Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Commitment to IIRR’s mission and values.
Available to start work as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for PCPM-related projects.
Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with IIRR financial policies and donor regulations.
Process payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Support internal and external audits.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to program teams.
Coordinate with project staff to ensure proper financial planning and utilization
