Job Position-Junior Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer success or sales, preferably with a proven success role.
Advanced understanding of direct sales methodologies, strategic planning, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and lead a high-performing sales team.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and mentorship.

Purpose of the Position:
The Jr. Sales Rep at Dodai is responsible for the overall sales and promotion efforts of Dodai products, including but not limited to building good customer relations, prospecting leads, closing sales, and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive representation of the company and its products. As well as working with other departments in the organization to ensure the achievement of the company’s mission
