Required Qualification and Experience
Education:minimum Grade 12
Relevant work experience (if any)
Commitment to complete all 12 courses within one year

The program aims to achieve 50% women’s participation, subject to appli-cant qualifications.
Eligibility and Target Group
The program is intended for individuals who:
Have completed Grade 12 or higher education
Are under 40 years of age
Aspire to build a career in accounting, finance, or related fields
Are interested in contributing to Ethi-opia’s financial sector and capital mar-ket ecosystem
