Job Position-1 Graphics Designer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, or motion graphics are a plus.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma is a plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and composition skills.
Eye for clean, modern, real-estate-appropriate aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.

Job Position-2 Content Creator / Copywriter
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Literature, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
Certifications in content marketing, copywriting, or SEO are a plus.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of professional writing or content creation experience.
Strong writing skills in both Amharic and English.
Ability to shift tone across formats — informative, persuasive, and aspirational.
Comfortable on or behind the camera for video content.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
Real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience is an advantage.

Job Position-3 Social Media Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot, or digital marketing are a strong plus.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
Strong understanding of Ethiopian and diaspora audiences.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Real estate or property-sector experience is an advantage.
