Job Position-General Manager Assistance
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree Accounting & Finance or Business Adminstration
. Basic knowledge of chinese
.Good communication skills english & local language
. Basic organizational and time management skills
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
. Seeking an opportunity to work in an international or foreign company
About the Job
. Provide administrative support to manager and staff
. Translate simple documents if required chinese english or local language
. Schedule meeting magic calanders
. Support coordination with chinese team members and local staff
. Assisit in office mangement supplices equipment (etc)
. Prepare reports invoice and basic data entry
. Help organize company events or meeting
.Follow up on tasks and ensure dead
Requirement Skill
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Assistant Automotive Shop
• Strong coordination and networking skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Strong financial analysis
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to plan and coordinate
