Job Position-Finance and Admin Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, administration, and logistics, including supervisory responsibilities.
Experience in NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IPSAS/IFRS) and financial and tax regulations in Ethiopia.

Key Competencies:
Strong leadership, coordination, and people management skills.
Excellent financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar).
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
