Job Position-HR Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Plan and manage recruitment processes.
Develop job descriptions and vacancy announcements.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations
Maintain positive workplace culture.
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions.
Promote employee engagement and retention.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to Ethiopian labor laws.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Implement workplace safety and ethical standards.
Performance Management
Design appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Support career development and training programs.
