Job Position–Head, IT and Digital Department
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
5/4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Technical expertise
Demonstrable experience managing ICT and Digital operations and change.
Demonstrated experience applying emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of digital payment systems, cybersecurity, software engineering, and banking technology.
Strong ability to collaborate with IT and traditional banking units to drive change.
Proven experience in digital operations, ICT, and implementing digital transformation.
Familiarity with CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and data analytics.
Strong relationship management, team leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential.
