Job Position-1 Human Resources Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years proven experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection processes.
Oversee employee relations and performance management.
Ensure proper HR documentation and policy implementation.
Provide HR support and guidance to staff and management.

Job Position-2 Quantity Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience (experiences both in road and building projects)
Proven experience as a Quantity Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analyze, review and prepare contractors’ any payment related requests.
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and Bill of Quantity based on drawings and specifications.
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify materials required and estimate costs.
Collaborate with Design team leaders, engineers, and other team members to ensure that quantity estimates are aligned with project requirements.
Review and evaluate Price adjustment documents.
Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation and correspondence.
