Job Position-Store Keeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Completion of high school Certificate or Grade 10 Level Certificate in the new curriculum.
Grade 3 Driving License /Possession of a valid Ethiopian driving License Grade:1(Public 1).
Certification in defensive driving from a recognized institution is required.
Certification in First Aid is required.
Preferred: Certification in vehicle mechanics and maintenance is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
Required:Minimum 3 years of heavy vehicle driving in Ethiopia is required.
Clean driving record is required.
Preferred:
Experience driving an ambulance and working with an international NGO is an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance; First Aid and CPR
Skills:
Excellent defensive driving skills
Skilled in administering First Aid and CPR
Skilled in identifying maintenance issues.
Excellent skill in auto mechanics
Good knowledge of fire extinguisher manipulation
Detail oriented by humanitarian principles and emergency respond operations.
problem solving skills, prioritization, and time management.
Strong vehicles technical skills, ability to work independently and under pressure.
Abilities:
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations to prioritize patient care
Physically fit and able to load vehicles
Ability to keep detailed records and write reports
Ability to follow procedures in response to accidents or emergency situations
Ability to support MTI Calling and adhere to the MTI Code of Conduct
