Job Position-MARKETING AND SALES TEAM LEADER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Experience in the furniture industry, manufacturing sector, or merchandise business is highly preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proven ability to lead sales and marketing teams effectively.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good experience in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent command of English and Amharic, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing tools.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
