Required Qualification and Experience
Education: systems strengthening, school health, and capacity development
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s/PHD preferred) in relevant field:
Public Health, Nutrition, Humanitarian fields, Education, Economics, Social Sciences, etc.
Minimum Experience:Bachelor’s: 5 years
Master’s/PHD: 3 years
Required Competencies
Proven experience in:
Research (quantitative and/or qualitative methods)
Data collection and field work
Report writing and documentation.
Experience in:
Training facilitation and capacity building
Stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English (Amharic required)
