Job Position-Sales & Marketing Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, Business Development or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry (service sector), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Salary: As per the company salary scale.
Working Schedule: As per company schedule (includes occasional evenings and weekends for events or networking).

Skills Required
Sales Leadership: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team with a positive, professional demeanor.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals and convince potential clients of the value of our services.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills tailored for high-level client interactions.
Networking: Strong ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a vast network of professional contacts.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and resolve client concerns or booking conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
Maturity: High emotional intelligence and the integrity to represent the TOPTABLE brand with excellence.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, social media platforms, and basic POS systems.
Strategic Thinking: High degree of business acumen and the ability to represent the TOPTABLE brand with integrity and creativity.
