Job Position-Human Resource Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the event management, hospitality, entertainment, or fast-paced service industry.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, occupational health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience in workforce planning and managing temporary, contractual, and project-based employees is an advantage.
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
