Job Position-General Foreman
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Civil Engineering- Sanitary / TVET (Technical and vocational education and training)
Experience:8 – 12 years in similar field
Required Skills:
Advanced knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
Experience in a supervisory or related role
Proven leadership skills
Ability to drive projects to fruition on time and within budget
Expertise in sourcing and supervising construction materials, such as tools and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
