Job Position-Fleet Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree Transport Management, Mechanical Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field of studies
Valid driving license required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistic Operations, Fleet Management or a related field, with a solid understanding of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of fleet management regulations and industry standards, or strong motivation to acquire this knowledge quickly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong Data Management skills for the creation and maintenance of relevant data base and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated capacity to make decisions under pressure, enforce rules and promptly involve Senior Management for critical cases
Ability to seek experts’ involvement when needed to analyze repair quotations and detect unjustified costs
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Good command of computer tools (ERP, Excel, Fleet management software and systems).
Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools
High level of integrity
