Job Position-Terms of Reference (TOR) for Capacity Building Training on Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) & Succession Planning Consultancy Service
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in HRM, Organisational Development, Leadership, or related field
Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in HR systems, performance management, and leadership development
Demonstrated experience training banks or large institutions
Excellent English communication and facilitation skills
Strong knowledge of Balanced Scorecard, competency frameworks, and succession planning
Ability to deliver highly interactive, practical sessions
