Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree/MBA/MA/ in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Accounting or related fields of studies.
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience, out of which 3 to 5 years in managerial positions.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in both English and Amharic
Experience working in a Granite factory is a plus

The Granite Factory Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of the Factory for achieving the objectives of the factory effectively and efficiently. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, production and safety measures as established and set by the factory and regulatory bodies
