Job Position-Human Resources Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Management, or a related field.
Experience:7 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, out of which 3 to 5 years in supervisory position. (experience working within a manufacturing or PLC setup is highly preferred).
Key Skills and Competencies:
Deep and thorough knowledge of the Ethiopian Labor Law.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in using computers and HR Management Systems (HRIS).
Excellent communication skills in both Amharic and English (written and spoken)
Other requirements:
Salary: As per the Company Salary scale but negotiable
Employment: Full-Time | Permanent
