Job Position-Senior HR Officer (Healthcare Share Company)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
Skills: –
In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
