Job Position-1 IT Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Relevant professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications) are an added advantage
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
Experience working in an NGO/INGO is desirable and Advantageous.
Proven experience providing first line and second line IT support to end users.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common office applications.
Practical experience with hardware, networking, internet connectivity, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Experience working with or supporting global or remote IT teams is an added advantageous.

Job Position-2 Programme Support Officer (PSO)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field
Fluency in English required.
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in programme coordination, programme operations, or MEAL support in an NGO/INGO
Experience working with government stakeholders, communities, and multidisciplinary teams
Experience in child protection, vulnerable communities, or social development programmes is an asset
Evidence that shows proactive engagement to learn and grow (e.g. taking initiatives of learning opportunities, volunteering, etc) will be a plus.
