Job Position-IT Risk Management Manager-Internal/External-Re-advertised
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/Master’s in computer science or ICT-related fields ,with 5/7 years of banking experience, respectively, of which 2 years are in senior positions.
Job Summary
Identify, assess, and monitor IT and cybersecurity risks across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Lead the IT Risk Management function and establish effective frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Oversee information security controls, including data protection, system access management, and user privileges.
Conduct regular IT risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and control effectiveness testing.
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams to address identified risks.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing activities.
Prepare and present periodic IT risk and security reports to senior management.
Provide guidance and awareness training to staff on IT risk and cybersecurity best practices.
