Job Position-Senior Bid and Pre-Sales Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 or more years of practical work experience in Tender Management and Pre-sales roles (experience specifically in high-level projects and the technology/IT sector is highly preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of Procurement Laws: Deep and proven understanding of local procurement laws and directives (government construction, goods, and service procurement regulations).
Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to write high-quality technical and strategic documents in both Amharic and English.
Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot minor nuances, legal terminologies, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and negotiate with clients and internal company teams.
Technological Awareness: Capacity to quickly grasp the company’s technical products and services and effectively explain them to clients.
