Job Position-1 Program Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:PhD in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related fields; and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, health systems, research, policy, or development programs; or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Economics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related fields; and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, health systems, research, policy, or development programs;
Demonstrated experience in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement;
Strong organizational, communication, and report-writing skills;
Experience working with government institutions, universities, and development partners is desirable;
Knowledge or experience in health policy analysis, economic evaluation, HTA, or priority setting is an advantage;
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office packages.

Job Position-2 Data Analyst
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, Economics,
Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields;
Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, modelling, research, or health program;
Strong skills in statistical and data analysis software such as R, STATA, SPSS, Python, or similar platforms;
Experience in health systems research, economic evaluation, or policy analysis is an advantage;
Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets and generate high-quality analytical outputs;
Strong communication, report-writing, and presentation skills;
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders.
