Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:Bachelor’s degree or masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Two (2) years relevant experience for degree or one (1) years masters degree 1 years.
Relevant ICT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, Windows/Linux operating systems, and database management.
Experience with ERP systems, factory automation software, and security systems is an advantage.
Salary: 20,200 gross

Required Qualification and Experience
Education
:Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct supervisory or management capacity, overseeing HR staff and complex departmental operations.
Proficiency with HRIS.
Strong knowledge of current labor laws and regulations.
