Job Position-1 Project Manager – Comprehensive Finishing Division
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in finishing works.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Core Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial and resource management capabilities.

Job Position-2 Project Manager – Site Work & Infrastructure Division
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure and site work project management.
Strong knowledge of civil works, utilities, drainage, and road construction.
Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Strong financial management and contract administration skills.
Requirement Skill
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
