Job Position-1 Cash and Voucher Assistance officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA Degree in Social Science / Development studies or other relevant field related to Emergence preparedness and response and disaster risk management OR first degree in these same fields with equivalent of proven work experience
At least 4 years for Master’s degree and 6 years for BA degree in emergency and development cooperation and extensive field experience, preferable within the red cross and red Crescent movement.

Skills and Competencies
Technical expertise on and experience in working with cash transfer programming data management.
Strong capacity building and facilitation skills is an advantage.
Ability to work in a challenging environment with a minimum supervision and meeting deadlines without compromising qualities.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Willing to abide by and respect red cross/red crescent principles and values understanding of and commitment to ERCS mission, values, strategies and programming approaches.

Job Position-2 Senior Livelihood and Resilience Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Rural Development, Development Studies, Business Development, Cooperative Management, or other related fields.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders or 6 years’ experience for Master’s Degree holders in managing livelihoods for resilience programmes, particularly returnees’ reintegration programmes and community-based livelihood interventions.
Proven ability in project planning, implementation, monitoring, report writing, and providing technical support to field project teams.
Proven training, facilitation, and coaching skills for community groups, volunteers, and field teams.
Experience in coordinating community participation, accountability mechanisms, and staff capacity-building activities.
Strong communication, coordination, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with gender mainstreaming, social protection, protection mainstreaming, and integrated / interpectoral programming approaches.
Experience in data collection, monitoring, reporting, and beneficiary tracking systems.
Knowledge of climate-smart livelihood and resilience-building approaches.

Job Position-3 Senior Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Second or First Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, Development Studies, or Regional and Local Development Studies.
Experience:6 years (for Master’s degree holders) or 8 years (for Bachelor’s degree holders) of work experience in humanitarian and development projects.

Job Position-4 Senior Accountant for Gambella Branch Office

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Second/First degree in in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance/ & Accounting Software
6/8 years’ relevant work experience out of which 3/4 years in senior position.
Skills and Competencies
SAP- Finance app & Accounting Software
