Job Position-Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/MA Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:Minimum of 7 years for BA Degree holders or 5 years for MA Degree holders, preferably in SACCO, cooperative, microfinance, or banking institutions, with managerial experience.
Main Duties:
Plan, organize and supervise overall branch operations
Mobilize savings and expand membership growth
Monitor loan processing, disbursement, and recovery activities
Ensure proper financial management and daily cash control
Prepare and submit operational and financial reports
Supervise branch staff and evaluate performance
Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulations
Maintain strong relationship with members and stakeholders
Promote quality customer service and operational efficiency
Term of Employment: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable
