Job Position-Sales Assistants – Recent Graduates – Urgent
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum cumulative GPA/CGPA of 3.40 and above.
Recent graduates and candidates expected to graduate by August 2026 are eligible to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to retail operations.
Basic computer literacy and numerical skills.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight schedules.
Requirement Skill
Sales
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus.
