Job Position-Assistant Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or any related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as an accountant, supervisory role in finance (Horticulture experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks).
Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Literacy: Fluent in English, is a must.
