Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within beverage, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
Strong knowledge of distribution management, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies.
Proven record of delivering commercial growth and market expansion.
