Job Position-Senior HR/Human Resources/ officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related social science field.
Experience:2–3 years
Key Competencies & Soft Skills
Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage workplace disputes, counsel employees, and guide junior HR staff or line managers.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to align HR practices with the overall business objectives of the company.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages as required).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-hire) and prepare detailed management reports.
Ethical Conduct: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive employee matters.
