Job Position-Service Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma in any field
Experience:Preferably but not mandatory, 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, dispatch, or service coordination role.
Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products.
MS Office application programs English/Amharic (fast typing)
Good English command reading writing to communicate with local and abroad customers
Minimum IT knowledge capable to manipulate Odoo program
