Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valid COC (Certificate of Competence) Certificate is mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone handling and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
Knowledge of office filing systems, document management, and administrative procedures.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Job Position-2 Senior Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Proven experience in Logistics, Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Transportation, Multimodal Logistics, or Industrial Parks.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain services, and international trade practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and effectively promote service solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales and marketing targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multinational companies, exporters, importers, or manufacturing firms.
