Job Position-1 Finance Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.
One letter of recommendation from a university / higher institution on the candidate’s personal integrity and sense of responsibility.
LIVING CONDITIONS: The internship should be based in the intern’s home location.
Mercy Corps interns and volunteers represent the agency both during and outside work hours and are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respect local laws, customs, and MC’s policies, procedures, and values at all times and in all in-country venues

Job Position-2 Accounting and Reporting Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:First Degree or preferably master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Compensating Education + Experience can be considered
Five years and more progressive experience in the non-profit organization and main experience gained in the INGO is required.
Demonstrated competency with computerized general ledger software
Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly in Excel
Prior management experience and strong organizational skills
Prior work experience on similar roles
Experience or good communication skill to supervise colleagues, coach and delegate
Excellent oral and written English skills
