Job Position-1 Junior Functional Consultant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
0–2 years of experience (internship or project experience is acceptable)
Basic understanding of ERP systems (especially Odoo is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience exposure to ERP systems or business applications
Basic knowledge of SQL or databases
Familiarity with business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, etc.)
Basic technical understanding (Python/XML is a plus but not required)

Job Position-2 Associate Functional Consultant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation and/or support
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with in-house or custom-built systems
Basic understanding of Odoo development (Python, XML)
Experience in process improvement or business analysis
Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments
Experience supporting ERP users internally (not client-facing)
Hands-on experience with Odoo (functional or techno-functional)
Strong understanding of internal business processes (Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, etc.)
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication skills for working with non-technical users
Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
