Job Position-1 Audit Trainee
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Fresh graduate with BA in Accounting & Finance.
The candidate should pass exit exam to apply.
CGPA 3 and above.
Ability and Skill Required
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Able to work multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Team spirit/working in a team.
Interpersonal communication and negotiations skills.
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs.
Disciplined, organized.
Open-minded, self-learner.

Job Position-2 Audit Manager
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:MA/BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance and related fields
8 years’ experience in external audit for MA holders and 10 years’ experience in external audit for BA holders; and at least 3 years’ experience in Senior Auditor and Audit Manager Positions.
Certification or License Required
ACCA or equivalent
Ability and Skill Required
Technically proficient in audit and accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Decision making skills, sense of judgement and balanced perspective.
Managerial Leadership (planning, organizing, monitoring, staffing and leading abilities and skills).
Report writing, editing, data gathering and analytical skills.
Communication both verbal and written, and outstanding customer relations.
Critical thinking, creative thinking and innovation.
Requirement Skill
Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP
Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
• Strong financial analysis
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
