Job Position-Trainee Analyst
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+in the fieldsof Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Health, or related disciplines.
Experience:0–1 year of work experience in a relevant field, including internships or project-based work.
Keen eye for visualization and design, with the ability to create compelling, well-structured visuals, layouts, and graphics, from data dashboards to full designassets, that effectively communicate ideas and insights.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharicand English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in other analytical tools will be an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities through professional or extracurricular activities.
Ability to workcollaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable working in ambiguous and changing situations.
Willingness and aspiration for continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, acquire, and validate datafrom documents, databases, field interviews, and other sources.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
Support strategy development and prepare analytical briefs, meeting minutes, and policy summaries.
Contribute to visualpresentations, dashboards, andinfographics to communicate findings effectively.
Engage with clientsand stakeholders through interviews, calls, andmeetings.
Present analysis and recommendations to ACE leadership
