Job Position-Finance Manager
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, trading, or related industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all financial operations of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
Manage statutory reporting, audits, and relationships with external auditors.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
Support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
