Job Position-Office Secretary
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor is Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Administrative Services, or a related field.
Experience:1 to 3 years of proven work experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Language Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English are mandatory.
Proficiency in Afaan Oromo is considered a major plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.
Working Hours & Conditions
Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 2:00 Local Time to 10:00 Local Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Gregorian).
Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work with a flexible schedule on other days/hours if organizational needs arise.
Assessment Process
Please note that short-listed candidates will be required to pass both a written exam and a practical skills assessment (covering typing speed, language proficiency, and computer skills).
